FEE STRUCTURE FOR LANDLORDS
Fully Managed Service
For our fully managed service there is an initial fee equal to 5% of the annual rent (no VAT charge). Landlords will be invoiced for this amount when the tenants sign the contract. Thereafter, we charge 13.8% (no VAT charge) of the gross rent for the period of the tenancy. For example, for a gross rent of £1000.00pcm, our fully managed service charge would be £138.00.
Tenant Find Service
For a tenant finding service, the fee would be 5% of the annual rental income, with no VAT charge.
Rent Collection Service
For rent collection, there is an initial fee equal to one half of one calendar month’s rent plus VAT. Landlords will be invoiced for this amount when the tenants sign the contract. Thereafter, we will charge 10.8% (no VAT charge) of the gross rent for the period of the tenancy.

FEES STRUCTURE FOR TENANTS
Deposit is equal to one month’s rent, payable at the signing of the contract. If you wish to leave the tenancy and wish us to re-advertise the property for you, there is a charge of £50.00
